About the event

The Gluten-Free Expo is your chance to leave label-reading at the door. Wander aisles packed with Australia’s top producers, sample artisan treats and street food, stock up on pantry favourites, and bag exclusive show specials – all without ever having to ask, “Is this safe for me?”

The Expo is where our community comes together to learn, share, and grow. Pull up a chair at the Education Stage for cooking demonstrations, deep dives with industry-leading health specialists, and practical daily living tips. Little foodies can also roll up their sleeves in kids’ cooking activities, making it an empowering, inclusive day out for the whole family to connect.
