The Coeliac Australia Accreditation Program 

Our Accreditation Program ensures that food service businesses meet food safety standards, specifically managing allergens in a commercial kitchen. Accredited venues undergo an extensive review, covering everything from ingredient sourcing and staff training to lab testing and onsite auditing. Look for the Coeliac Australia Accreditation logo and certificate displayed at accredited venues. You can find a list of accredited venues here.
