My symptoms were totally asymptomatic. I had a sensation of a lump in my throat which would not go away, but I had no problem swallowing. I went for all the usual scans in case i had something sinister and nothing showed up, but the symptoms continued. My GP suggested I have an endoscopy and that is when I was diagnosed with coeliac.
