How to Login
Are you a new member that has just signed up?
New members should receive a welcome email which contains a personalised link to set an initial password and then allow you to proceed to logging you into the Member Area (also known as the CA Community).
Please note this link expires after 7 days, so if you haven’t logged in within 7 days of signing up, then please proceed to the instructions in the next section.
An example is below:
Click the link in the email and you will be redirected to a webpage that will request you to create a password. Please enter a password that meets the required criteria and then submit.
Select ‘change password’ and you will have created your password and be logged in to the Members Area.
Please ensure you save your password somewhere secure as it will be required each time you log into the Members Area.
Are you an existing member that’s not logged into our new website yet?
Visit www.coeliac.org.au/login or click on “login” on the top right hand side of the Coeliac Australia website to log in as a member.
You will be prompted to enter your email address and password as seen below. As you have not created a password yet, please click ‘Forgot your password’ as indicated below.
You will need to enter your email address registered with your Coeliac Australia Membership.
You will receive an email with a link to create your password.
Click the link in the email and you will be redirected to a webpage that will request you to create a password. Please enter a password that meets the required criteria and then submit.
Select ‘change password’ and you will have created your password and be logged in to the Members Area.
Please ensure you save your password somewhere secure as it will be required each time you log into the Members Area.
You can distinguish the Member Area by the “Member Area” menu item and the “Login” button changes to a circle with a person image.
The next time you want to access the Member Area, you will enter your email address and your password to login.

FAQ
Q: I tried to log in to the new member area of the website, however I didn’t receive a verification code?
A: Logging into the Members Area of the website no longer requires you to retrieve a verification code from your email inbox. We have now transitioned to using email address and password log in to make the process much easier for you to access our resources.
- Simply use the email address that is registered with your Coeliac Australia membership.
- The password is the password you created the first time you logged into the Members Area. If you have not logged in before, follow the steps above to create your password.
Q: Do I need to remember my password to log in to the member area?
A: Yes, please ensure you save your password somewhere secure as it will be required each time you log into the Member Area.
Q: I did receive the email about logging in to the Member Area, however the link in the email doesn’t work for some reason.
A: Please follow instructions above about how to log in for the first time. If the link does not work, follow the instruction for creating a new password. Also take note of how to log in from the second time onwards.
If you still can’t login then please try a different browser e.g. Chrome or the new Microsoft Edge
If you’re on a mobile device please try a desktop before trying again on mobile.
You can also try a Chrome Incognito window or Microsoft Edge InPrivate window on a desktop.
If you have ongoing issues then please contact the Member Service team to reset your user account/password.
